Training for HYROX in Singapore? Your weekly routine probably involves more than running.
There's strength to build, endurance to work on and race-day movements to get familiar with. Having access to different training spaces helps, particularly when you want to focus on something specific.
With Privilee, you can train across Singapore's HYROX Training Clubs and strength and conditioning studios, with one complimentary class per week at each of the partners featured below.
You might be preparing for your first race, working towards a faster finish or looking for a new challenge in your regular fitness routine. Here's where to book your next session.
What does HYROX training involve?
HYROX combines running with functional fitness. A race consists of eight 1km runs, each followed by a workout station. You'll encounter movements including SkiErg, sled pushes, rowing, farmers carries and wall balls.
Training usually brings together running, strength work and conditioning, with time spent practising the movements you'll face on race day.
Dedicated HYROX classes help you get familiar with the stations and learn how to manage your effort. Strength and conditioning sessions support that preparation by developing power, endurance and technique.
And you don't need to be signed up for a race to take part. These classes are just as relevant if you want to improve your fitness or try a different training format.
