Ground Zero is now on Privilee, giving you another reason to put a class in the diary. Located at Odeon Towers on North Bridge Road, between City Hall and Bugis, the recently revamped studio sits close to the CBD. City Hall is the nearest MRT, making it a handy stop around the working day.
There are two core ways to train: RESISTANCE for strength and conditioning, and RIDE for indoor cycling. Ground Zero is also an official HYROX Training Club, with options for building strength and endurance alongside your usual routine.
Your membership includes one complimentary class every week, additional classes for S$24 and 10% off personal training packages. With around 11 classes each weekday, you have options before work, at lunch and after hours. Pick a session that fits your plans and give your week some Ground Zero.
A studio that fits around your day
A workout can sometimes take more planning than the class itself. You need to get there, train, get ready and still make it to wherever you’re going next. Ground Zero’s central location and well-equipped changing rooms help with that.
The studio has recently been revamped, with good-sized training spaces and a dedicated RIDE room housing 30 bikes. RESISTANCE classes accommodate up to 16 people, giving the strength and conditioning sessions a smaller group setting.
The changing rooms come stocked with towels and toiletries, so you can get ready after class without packing half your bathroom. That makes a morning session before the office more practical, and gives you somewhere to freshen up before evening plans.
For fitness classes near City Hall or Bugis, it’s a useful addition to your week. The weekday timetable gives you room to choose a time that works, rather than rearranging the whole day around a workout.

Pick your class
Ground Zero’s two formats give you different ways to train in one studio. You can focus on strength one week, clip into a bike the next or choose conditioning when you want to push the intensity. Your weekly class doesn’t have to look the same every time.
RESISTANCE: strength and conditioning
RESISTANCE brings together strength work, functional movements and conditioning. Within that category, each class has a different focus, helping you choose a session around your goals and how you feel that day.
STRENGTH is progressive, full-body training designed to develop strength, power and movement quality. Expect compound lifts, which work several muscle groups together, alongside functional movements and accessory exercises. It’s the option to look at when you want lifting to take centre stage.
IMPACT turns up the intensity with athletic drills, interval circuits and functional movements. The emphasis is on conditioning, challenging your endurance, full-body power and muscular stamina.
TEAMS adds a social element through partner-based workouts. You train alongside others, work through challenging exercises and bring a little friendly competition to the session. Your effort counts, and so does backing each other.
For strength classes in Singapore, that choice is useful. You can keep lifting in your routine while making room for conditioning or a workout with more teamwork.

RIDE: indoor cycling
RIDE is Ground Zero’s signature indoor cycling experience, pairing music with resistance climbs, sprints and choreography in a dark, immersive studio. The playlist is part of the workout, helping carry you through the changes in pace and effort.
If you’re newer to this style of spin class, RIDE: FOUNDATION is the place to start. Clear coaching focuses on form and control, helping you get comfortable on the bike and learn how to follow the beat.
For your next spin class in Singapore, choose the format that matches your experience. FOUNDATION gives you an introduction; signature RIDE brings the fuller cycling experience.
HYROX on your radar?
Ground Zero’s status as an official HYROX Training Club makes it worth knowing if you’re preparing for an event or want more strength and conditioning in your week.
If you’re new to HYROX-style training, think of it as a workout that brings strength, conditioning and endurance together. The focus goes beyond lifting alone, developing your ability to keep working through physical effort.
Ground Zero’s RESISTANCE offering gives you a place to build those qualities. You can train with an event in mind or choose this style of workout because it suits your goals. Having RIDE and other RESISTANCE formats alongside it also means you can change your focus as your routine develops.
