Verge Training is the latest fitness studio to join Privilee Singapore, bringing coached strength and conditioning classes to two locations: Orchard and Jurong East.
Privilee Members can join one complimentary Verge class each week at either location.
Choose from five class formats covering strength, conditioning, performance and HYROX-focused training, with sessions available seven days a week.
Verge takes a progressive approach to training. Classes form part of 12-week cycles, helping you build strength, improve your fitness and see how your training develops over time.

Choose your studio
📍 Orchard
Meet the brand’s newest flagship, located at 268 Orchard Road. The seriously cool space is equipped for strength, conditioning and competitive HYROX training, with Assault Runners, Concept2 ergs, turf, sleds, wall balls, cable machines and free weights.
Showers, lockers and sweat towels are provided on-site. ELEV8 is in the same building, giving you two Privilee studios under one roof. Somerset is the closest MRT station, and classes run throughout the day.
📍 Jurong East
The OG studio, Verge Training Jurong East is also Privilee’s first venue in the area. You’ll find it at Perennial Business City, around a five-minute sheltered walk from Jurong East MRT.
The studio features Concept2 ergs, Assault Bikes, turf, sleds, wall balls and free weights. Shared showers are available in the building’s basement, with gym towels provided. Bring your own toiletries if you plan to shower after class.
Pick your class
Verge offers five core formats, each with expert coaching and options for different abilities. You don’t need to be an experienced lifter or have a HYROX race booked to take part. All levels are welcome.

Strength
Available every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with a different lifting focus each day.
Strength classes give you time to work through considered sets, focus on technique and recover between lifts. Expect squats, deadlifts, presses, Olympic lifts, rows, lunges and loaded carries, supported by functional accessory work. Each session finishes with conditioning for a complete workout.
Monday focuses on barbell shoulder-to-overhead and deadlifts, Wednesday on barbell snatches and bench press, and Friday on barbell cleans and squats.
Pace
Tuesday turns the focus towards conditioning and endurance. Pace helps you build your engine, raise your heart rate and develop fitness that carries into the rest of your training.
The session meets you at your current level while giving you room to push when you are ready.
Output – HYROX
Thursday’s 60-minute HYROX-focused session combines performance-led conditioning with race-day stations. It is a chance to build endurance, improve your output and become more comfortable with the demands of hybrid training.
Perform
Perform brings a team-based format to Saturday training. Expect coached conditioning, shared effort and a session that challenges you without losing sight of your own level.
It is a strong weekend option when you want a little more energy around your workout.
Hybrid - HYROX
HYROX era incoming? Sunday’s Hybrid class uses race simulations to combine strength, conditioning and HYROX stations.
You will work on pacing, endurance and continuing to perform under fatigue. The format works for anyone curious about hybrid training, not only those preparing for an event. Sessions run for 50 minutes at Orchard and 90 minutes at Jurong East.

Train with purpose
Verge organises its programming into 12-week cycles, with each session contributing to a wider plan. Instead of choosing disconnected workouts throughout the week, you can follow a programme that develops progressively.
That structure makes it easier to understand what you are working towards. Regular sessions give you the chance to build confidence with the movements, lift with more control and notice changes in your fitness over time.
The coaches guide your technique, explain the purpose behind each exercise and adapt the session where needed. Newer Members can learn without feeling out of place, while experienced athletes still have plenty of room to challenge themselves.
Both studios have been equipped with serious training in mind, but the experience is about more than the kit. It is the combination of thoughtful programming and involved coaching that gives each class direction.

Find your people
Verge has built a community that consistently shows up. Train regularly and you will start to recognise the same faces, get to know the coaches and feel part of what is happening around you.
That familiarity adds something to the session. There is encouragement when the workout gets difficult, accountability on days when motivation is lower and a reason to return beyond completing another class.
