With two locations in Singapore and a busy class schedule, The Six fits effortlessly into different routines. Sessions are coached and structured, with a focus on fitness, technique, and confidence.

The main gym location, offering a modern boxing studio for classes alongside a fully fitted gym downstairs to use after your class. Its central setting makes it popular for before-work sessions, lunchtime resets, and after-hours training close to the CBD.

A second location serving the north-east with a boxing ring and training area. Ideal for midweek sessions or weekend training if you live close by, as part of a more relaxed routine.

What training looks like

Classes at The Six Boxing are designed for all levels. Think no open sparring chaos, no pressure to perform.

Training blends technique, conditioning, and rhythm, helping Members build confidence alongside fitness. You can approach boxing here in different ways: as a full-body workout, a skill-focused session, or simply a focused way to move and reset.

Class formats include:

Fundamentals An introduction to boxing basics. Learn stance, movement, and the six core punches at a steady pace, with time to focus on technique and build confidence.

Boxing All In A full boxing workout built around realistic drills and scenarios. Expect shadowboxing, pad and bag work, and conditioning rounds that bring technique, rhythm, and endurance together.

Strength A strength and conditioning class focused on proper form and controlled movement. Using weights and bodyweight exercises, sessions support performance and help reduce injury risk.

Kickboxing A beginner-friendly option that adds variety to the week. Learn core kickboxing techniques at an accessible pace, combining striking, movement, and conditioning.

Please note: Kids’, Recovery, and PUB classes are not available for Privilee Members.
