The classes
At its core, The Row Space blends rowing with strength training across a carefully structured weekly schedule. Sessions are designed to improve endurance, build power, and refine technique – while remaining accessible to all levels.
Here’s what’s on offer:
Rowing 101
A beginner-friendly introduction to indoor rowing. Learn proper form, pacing and technique in a supportive setting, with guidance throughout. No experience needed – just a willingness to try something new.
Row Perform
A structured group session designed to refine technique and build power on the erg. Expect coached intervals, focused endurance work and steady progression, led by experienced trainers.
Cardio Row
A 45-minute rowing session built around low-impact, steady intervals. Set to a high-tempo soundtrack, this class develops cardiovascular endurance while keeping the intensity controlled and consistent.
Row Fit
A high-intensity workout combining rowing with functional strength work. Expect varied formats, interval blocks and endurance sets that challenge both stamina and power.
Braveheart
A high-intensity resistance session using AMRAP and EMOM formats. Designed to build strength, endurance and functional power through structured, repeatable effort.
Ride Ski Row
A demanding full-body session combining the assault bike, ski erg and rower. Sustained effort meets controlled intensity, building endurance and resilience across every round.
Strength 101
A foundational strength class using barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands and bodyweight movements. Technique comes first, with expert coaching to support safe, steady progression.
Kettlebell Strength
A focused strength session centred around kettlebell training. Expect controlled movements that build power, endurance and coordination in a balanced, considered way.
Each format brings something slightly different, but the core idea remains the same: precision, structure, and measurable progress.


How to book
Booking is seamless.
Privilee Members receive one complimentary class per week at The Row Space.
